I want to make a live-chat version of the forum mafia white flag mechanic

the mechanic is a twist on otherwise heavily scum-sided setups. when you lynch 1 mafia the game ends immediately.

this looks like town-auto to the untrained eye but, with must-act and grannies, while both mafia are alive they can split votes to survive the night phase
