Astrid for a girl. Malcolm for a boy. I kinda like Gawain and Lucius as names too but I think they're a little off beat and don't sound good with my last name
My goal is to give my kids either fire emblem or civil rights activist names, because both are badass

Yeah no that sucks. You have to go hard or go home with giving a girl a boy's name. You can't just add an "ina" or "leen" or "riettta" to the end of a name and have it work. Woulda been cooler if it was just a girl named Seth imo.
Interesting perspective. I always get the impression that parents got all set for one name and couldn't bear to part with it so they stuck it on the kid. I met a girl whose parents thought she was going to be a boy and had a name picked out. They refused to part with "Seth" so they named her "sethleen"

Thanks for the tip :]
Also using boys names for girls is cool. I feel like any time you give a girl a boy name, you're basically guaranteeing her an at least somewhat elevated base-level of coolness. This is one of the few things Scrubs got like, completely wrong.
"Don't worry I'm here for you," I said as I assuring placed my hand on his shoulder, "I'm a moderator and I'm here to help." He looked up at me and started complaining about how he was unfairly treated by his friends. I turned back to him and retorted "have you filed an appeal?"
