prevail didnt get a vio bc she didnt cheat last time afaik. idt sachy or laexio is even here so mika will probably come in and tell you something.

also its 12 months bc 6 mon ban + 6 mon no running

as it was explained to me, the 6 month period is 6 months after the unban because it's supposed to be part of the consequences of cheating.

dev got unbanned recently afaik bc when i stepped down he was still banned so it definitely hasn't been 6 months if that's the time we're counting as "not allowed to trophy" time

the question is to a mod who knows if the rule is 12 months from cheating or 6 months from being unbanned, we know it's 6 months from the unban but my unban for cheating would've been 6 months after the cheating ban which expired 6 months ago, hence the 12 months. Bypassing suspensions is a different ban, not a cheating ban which doesn't allow u to win a trophy 6 months after you are suspended for 6 months

btw there has to be some precedent on this, like a cheater who didn't cheat for their own trophy because they're good at the game, got caught because shamzy is a dumb negro who told abc on skype people in the ring, got caught because Shamzy doesn't know how to clear skype logs, evaded a bunch of times then won a trophy within 12 months after the initial ban.

I'm sure it's happened before

i understand that he bypassed. i'm not out of the loop. how much of those 12 months were ban time?

well the first time i ban evaded was in november, then i ban evaded 1 more time but got caught like 10 days apart on the two accounts that i was evading on so they banned them seperately then they banned an account that wasn't mine for being me
