i second this, try the really high doses of melatonin 5mg-10mg

but you have to be in the dark for it to work since light inhibits melatonin release

Sleeping pills...well, I was prescribed with Belsomra. It seems to work out and I have no other side effects. I think it's one of the chillest pills out there.

Sims I'm too old for that, also that worked when I was younger but it ruined any enjoyment I got from it.
