you get an elo ranking if you play enough games but it's messed up and doesn't work properly afaik
It is a medal with two green things hanging out of it. I see that after the game the winners get the points and some players out of the winners have a green +(random number) and some losers have a red -(random number) beside them. What is that supposed to be?
