post in this thread and i'll tell you how good of a mod i think you'd be.

i wasn't aware i skipped you last time
there's a lot of weird stuff to say about you and i can't really think of any way to say it nice and neatly. i think you greatly dislike me for whatever reason and i can't really fathom why. all i know about you as a mod is that people accused you of account sharing with rwf and other than that you're seen as reliable by most people. i don't mean to sound douchey but i don't know if i see it as much. i mean, you're probably fine, i just don't really see it and i've never gotten a good chance to. we briefly modded together, and other than that we've rarely been active together. i can't say you're the worst mod i've ever known, i just don't get where the bad blood between us started. this was less a "mod you" summary and more of a summary of how i feel about you but who cares.
i dunno, i guess just say how i felt before you were modded
when people were talking about modding jackhammer, i, for whatever reason, thought that was your alt and as such pushed for that account. to this day, my only stated fear about you was your connection to caroline. make a big show of "oh gosh he's mentioning that AGAIN" all you want, but i had good reason to worry about it considering the whole community jumped on you about it at every chance. that said, you were basically the mod i expected and wanted you to be with only a slight hint of being a bit too emotional at times. other than that, i don't have any major complaints and you didn't break the site. i do question the debate that went on with the n word but that was behind closed doors so i can't speak to it.

how do you go about this with a former mod, do you assume they'd never been modded or do you recap their modship

you'd be slightly bad. you're not the worst potential mod candidate, i just could see you messing up reports pretty easily and then sort of shutting down if someone made a thread about you.

people who i do not know need to stop expect assessments.
one time at this local casino there was a deal or no deal game and they would show you how they randomly shuffled the suitcases with the money values in it. i had really good eyes so i would just know which suitcase had which value in it. this story was much less interesting than i realized but i already typed it out.
i don't know if i necessarily understand the big aversion you have to it, but it's not like the worst thing to not post. it just would make modding you feel like a bit more of a gamble. but life is risky.
dope dope : ) i don't really post much about serious issues or opinions because i've had the thought for the past 3+ yrs that there's no reason for it, given the amount of people who would be up in arms against even the idea of me being modded, the admin even discussing the idea of it would be committing epicmafia-related social and political suicide.

a while ago i said that i unironically wanted you to mod, but now thinking on it i think that'd not be such a great idea. i think you'd be overzealous and try to get too much done, i.e. trying to change the site meta too much, your own interpretation of the rules getting in the way of enforcing the rules, etc. it's sort of a damned if you do damned if you don't since you're enthusiastic about changing the site i feel but you'd get way too into it and ultimately end up falling on your sword because of it. some of the political things of modding require a gentle touch that i think you'd lack.
