Anthony is a good guy, an amazing player, and probably a good mod. However, I think it's important to enforce a no-tolerance approach on cheaters as mods.
Jackhammer you realize that if you've EVER written "bad play" and closed a report you have no room to speak on how the site would be under someone else.

I have a trophy, first and foremost.
Secondly, we've already talked this out buddy.

I'm not going to spend time reading the arguments made in this thread and refuting them and I really do respect Anthony, but I'd like to reiterate that I don't think cheaters should be modded regardless of circumstances
It is a matter of principle, not a matter of the individual
well it's a dumb principle. we're talking about epicmafia moderators, not world leaders. we're allowed to grant a little respite
Well if that's the case why not let Riot admin again, I'm sure he'll do an infinitely better job than anyone with CM/FP as their most played setup.
cuz lucid blocked him.

Do you even have a reason why you don't think he should be a moderator, other than the fact that you think cheating should not be overlooked so quickly?
then your mentality isn't going to lead the site anywhere better than it is, currently.
I rest my case.
This coming from the same training player that claimed "comp is thriving".

It's extremely disappointing to me that many former Bad Boyz are still banned from modding for trolling the forums, but we forgive cheaters.
I want Connor to be a mod. Why is a cheater a mod before Connor?

I don't even dislike Anthony. In fact, he's a much better player than me. Personally, I think cheating should be a perma-ban. In the case of Anthony I'm willing to take a less black and white approach, but I still don't think he should be mod (even if his intentions for cheating are forgivable)
good for you. pretty sure the vast majority of people would disagree

Sonseray would you rather have a bad mod or a former cheater who'd potentially (more than likely) be a pretty impressively great moderator? If you pick the former rather than the latter, then your mentality isn't going to lead the site anywhere better than it is, currently.
I rest my case.
I'd rather have neither, and I think most sensible people would rather have neither. I realize that the problem may be with the mod pool (which I would know nothing about) and I'm not going to go on a crusade against Anthony if he remains a mod but I do have a right to voice my opinion respectfully and my opinion is that Anthony should step down.

Sonseray I don't think he's gonna get demodded and that's okay so you might as well stop trying

Btw the scripts on that persons profile were changed such that executing them would make you comment somewhere on the site; additionally a banned user advertised it to 200 views; you're rude to mock me!

your "anti mod" role play could be better, you are way too polite!
If this were an anti-mod roleplay I'd be going for the jugular, I assure you.

George Bush, former US President, was arrested, and convicted of drinking and driving in 1976. I think if America allowed a criminal be a president, epicmafia.com can allow a former cheater to be a mod.

Anthony would probably be a good mod and I'm not trying to troll this time. If I were trying to troll, I wouldn't be polite. I don't agree with cheaters being modded, regardless of circumstance. I feel like the current administration (as well as the past three administrations) have been much too soft on cheating (which is in my opinion the one true epicmafia cardinal sin)

In the context of epicmafia, I think it is important that moderators be respectable Yale girls like Laila. I harass people, and you don't see me applying for mod.
I'm more disappointed that Anthony applied for mod than anything else.
