I've stepped down multiple times for the same reason, if I can't be bothered to actually be useful and contribute to the mod team there is no point of being on it.

I'll just set up moderator camping and rafting trips to build team morale.

Honestly I'd reach out to every player that's ever been respected in comp and hash out a battle plan to reform this site from a point farm snooze fest to the adderall ridden, psych penitentiary this site used to be.
