I do think these threads do not give enough respect or credit for the work that the mods do. It is a hard job (this coming from someone who was administrator for a game/forum online and knows how hard it was) that is often thankless and comes with more complaints than respect.

While I would agree that some things could use more organizations and structure, I do NOT think there is a huge conspiracy/state of emergency in this game. If my application ever gets accepted I would be happy to bring new ideas and troubleshooting to the mod team. If not, I am more than happy playing the game and casually/occasionally responding to one of Slow/Apostasy's fearmongering threads.
