edit: dan just messaged me: "yeah, i didn't like A&D, but there were no guidelines written prior to mine that explained what the threshold was. it was all just stuff old mods knew about, and not out in the open. when i made guidelines, i used SDS as the breaking point, because that's the most scumsided setup that people deemed acceptable.

I know he did, but I believed he made the cutoff specifically to ban A/D. He banned it because of the cutoff he made specifically to get rid of it, it wouldn't make sense if the cutoff was higher

i, personally, would have set the threshold for blacklisting at 42town/57scum regardless of whether A&D was affected, my thinking being that anything more scumsided than SDS is too scumsided. bronto may have been biased but i agree with the decision
