People typing in half sentences is not a bad thing. It simulates real-life talk more accurately (as someone can interrupt you midway etc) as well as makes it easier to scumhunt due to people having less time to plan what they say (therefore making their expressions more natural).
EM may not be a respected mafia site, but it's not because you can't scumhunt in that time. Even 15 minutes is more than enough to find all scum in an EM game, but that's not the case in other mafia sites which revolve around different styles of scumhunting because people carefully pick and choose their words and type out paragraphs, which need in turn paragraphs of responses. EM is simply not about that. It's much more like IRL mafia, which takes a much more similar amount of time than forum mafia. If you prefer forum mafia, that's cool, but they're completely different
