i'm hoping whoever the next admin will throw away all of the bias that the previous admin(s) had when it comes to modding people though. hopefully they will give well deserving people like connor dave hibiki strider a chance. i think they will

i did a great application but a bunch of cynical people thought i "faked" my interview so i got no where. also, pereking hates me and thinks i have it out for him.
a bunch is exaggerating unless people talked about it when i wasn't there. it was only me and it was just my opinion and it had nothing to do with liking you. pereking doesn't hate you.

yeah, i mean i guess it worked for the sandbox mods that you didn't already know, but there were some people that just didn't do well and got modded anyway due to confirmation bias like riot said. i only think it should be done on special occasions

I'd slay the heck out of those cheaters and then like totally mock them and hold them in contempt, and then I'd spank them on the forums in front of everyone and be like "Ha! IIRC dan or vancy started up the mod interview thing. i never liked it because if you already like the person you're interviewing, you'll mod them anyway regardless of the interview. i know a couple of mods bombed their interviews but got modded anyway

i was the one who started it. i liked interviewing since it gave me the opportunity to speak with people who i didn't know and gauge their skills and interest level. i didn't like the idea of modding people i didn't know blindly or just based on recommendations.
