the worst thing you can do as an admin in my opinion is think that you're going to be some sort of leader who will lead epicmafia out of the darkness
a good admin is someone who just knows how to manage his mods without being far too demanding, and keeps epicmafia stabilized
and actually demods people instead of letting them drag everyone else down
