every day i go to the gym and only do chest exercises. i bench and do the chest press and i put on a whole lot of weight so i have the biggest pecs ever so when i walk down the street the ladies say "dang that guy has some big pecs"
I'm gonna take give this thread a turn for the better here and talk about my workout routine.
First, I take a quick shower, and proceed to get dressed in my workout clothes. Then, I go straight for the bench press. Every head in the gym turns to look at me as I begin warming up with three plates, on each side. They then turn back to their own workout. As I get more and more into my workout, my grunts become louder as I use more force as the weight increases with each set. Soon, everybody is standing around my bench. No one is spotting me--it makes me work even harder; I prefer when I'm alone at the bench. As I finish my seventh set, with 6 plates on each side of the bar, I finish my final repetition and immediately, the other people in the gym around my bench begin applauding. I get up and flex in the mirror, my muscles bulging for all to see. I feel great--Life is great.
