Hibiki day 1 town has two chances at undeniable town autowin, and the only have to find one specific mafia role. if that's not optinal, IDK what is yeah, unfortunately most people think waiting for a cop report is better.
The PRs in A&V are just meant to be cc'd, mafia can't even coordinate properly. It just makes so much more sense for town to play day 1 instead of just punting the ball back to mafia.
