The dress is black/blue, there was a strong orange/yellow light that made the dress go white/gold.

OK what happened for me was my sister texted it to me i saw white and gold, after a few hours of twitter i saw it turn to black and blue, double checked the text and yup black and blue. Literally 3 minutes later it was white and gold which remain the colors
