I did one of these a few months ago and I never finished, but I have a broader perspective now and I'd like to do another one
If you post I will tell you something I like and dislike about you as both a person and a mafia player. If you want one you get both. If a moderator hypothetically posted, they would be subject to a mod like/dislike as well.
i was wrong to NL after you were obviously the doctor. because it removed your opinion from the table when NLing guaranteed your death (after your claim). looking back, i did it because i was mad that you outed in the first place and made a salty decision to NL despite it. it was an irrational decision and we'd have won if i hadn't done it (i wouldn't have been given the chance to overthink alise)
well, in that game i got hammer anyway, so you could argue you made the better play. but for me, there's no point in keeping around your townread when you still have to read in the other two anyway. you might as well let them die.
i think doctor should always no-save as the last PR when going towards 3 way. it removes the bias of "i saved this person even though they didn't die" if someone else dies, and it removes everyone's doubt (even if you don't have any yourself) by just removing the person from the table
follow up: this is coming from the perspective that i trust myself to hammer right in a 3 way, which optimally, i always should
Like: First of all, I really respect your intelligence. In addition to this, I recognize that when you argue a point and sometimes get vehemently passionate about it, it is because you are firm in your convictions. My respect for these two qualities is what has made me refrain from ever being rude to you or Kerry, even when you were both being annoyingly rude to me. You are an objective person with a personality that I would consider to be observant and calculating, and as a result I think it's a real shaft that you can't be a mod. I think you're an obvious choice
Dislike: You could be incredibly annoying when you used to berate me, and as a result I intentionally trolled you a few times. I think you have a tendency to make decisions too literally, and according to a strict value system that you follow invariably. I also think that you are a victim of your own bureaucracy, and sometimes you come off as a mod pandering kiss-butt.
Player:
Like: You're one of the players I respect most. While I think I have long surpassed Bad Boyz like Kyle and Retti, I still definitely have not surpassed you. In fact, playing with you since I came back taught me some really useful tricks as town and I think playing with and learning from you has improved my notoriously lackluster town game exponentially.
Dislike: The only thing I really dislike about playing with you is that I sometimes disagree with you about optimal strategy and you have a tendency to get frustrated and remain close minded in some situations. For instance in the game we played earlier today, I think it made perfect sense to doc save you numerous times. Because I did that, I knew you were town.
Pass. I don't think I've ever played mafia, and I don't know you as a person because you are a forum personality

Like: As much crap as I give you, you try to do the right thing. That's your best quality. At least you are trying.
Dislike: I don't think you're smart, or charismatic, or particularly interesting and when you act like a buffoon it makes me think you should be treated like a buffoon, instead of like a moderator.
Player:
Like: You're a pretty fricking solid player actually. I mean I don't think you're anything special but I definitely don't think "Dang, Germatron is in my game. I'm screwed".
Dislike: You have little stage presence. It is easy to discredit you and get town to ignore you, and therefore you are easy to get lynched.
I'm not even remotely hurt, quite the contrary. I'm very aware of the way I come off as Rondar. I'll admit to having often chosen to be "part of the group" as opposed to being assertive. I just find it interesting how much it clashes with the way I come off irl. It makes me wonder which persona, if you will, reflects how I'd actually like to come off.

I didn't mean to bruise any feelings. You kind of knew what this thread was going to be like when you posted.
It's interesting though. Making "Rondar" was me experimenting as a 14 year old, trying to be more assertive. It did wonders irl. Like, I'm constantly being nagged now because I apparently don't give others a chance to have a say, or try to paint my opinions as always being correct. On the other hand, on Epicmafia I'm being constantly told I get peer pressure too easily, or at least recently. I could go into detail, but I thought it was worth a mention. I really do find it interesting. And that was enough honesty for a day.

Like: You are extremely good at picking up on towntells. That is your best strength. When I'm town, you almost invariably know that I am town. Also, you can't be intimidated. I'm extremely good at intimidating players, but I can't do it to you
Dislike: Frankly bro, you got carried. I know this because I carried you myself so many freaking times. We would flip on the same team as mafia and you'd get lynched day one, and I'd carry you to a win anyway. Or we would both be town and you'd read everyone wrong but I'd win for you anyway. You're a great player, but I carried you so many times that it's frustrating.
