If town is lynched d1, both options (saccing/going for watcher) are good. Saccing celeb leads to 3 way no clears (cc'ing here would be a gambit b/c lucid made it so its not first to visit that goes on the report anymore). If scum goes for watcher it could be better. If they hit, then great. If they miss, they can cc watcher, which would give 50/50 lylo for 2 days.
If scum is lynched d1, most of the time they'll fish the watcher and watcher dies next night. The only scenario that I'd say would make the setup lean townsided is when scum doesn't claim watcher and still gets lynched.
