im afraid to post on the epic mafia forums, because of a weiner topic in the off topic subforum
i said because of you, not because of that thread
then why are you dancing around the issue of what it is that we're doing that makes people afraid to post and trying to make it about weiners when we both know it isn't about weiners

If you're a mod giving a about threads like those you don't need to be moderating. You either have the support of the mods in what you're doing or you're messing up and shouldn't be modding. In all the years of mods threads like these have literally NEVER mattered so why cry about it.

i'm more concerned with my Male Nudes posts because they were 100% within the rules. saying the word hog and dong shouldn't be an automatic post deletion because they're the most child-proof way of saying male genitalia possible.

how about 10 or so posts about dongs

there's no reason to moderate discussion that's off topic if it's not x-rated outside of arbitrary social control. and, as we've seen in the past, the dog quickly bites back.

if i can't make joke posts with these new forum rules i'm just going to dip. it's cool if you're trying to promote on-topic discussions, but moderating joke posts in off-topic sections is beyond ridiculous.

Perhaps if those new forum rules hadn't stalled because of a lull in activity suddenly making the status quo seem so good, this highly predictable scenario (minus the dongs) wouldn't have happened all over again...
