You should appeal. I messaged germ hoping he considers self-overturning. This is definitely GT and even if you think he was somehow trying to win it's at least trolling

Just a fair warning n00bking ISP is much less likely to get refunded than GT (i haven't read the game at all so idk if it should get refunded or not) but based on past experiences the odds are against you to get a refund based on the vio
