no. not any more. what happens is now bomb claims and collects claims. then they say "it's setup x" or "we have pr ccs"

mafia can't say "it's setup x" because then the town PR comes out and says "hey i exist it's not setup x" then pr ccs are outed anyway. then you have a collection of clears. basically, mafia are trapped very heavily and have no room to breathe and it leads to town win a majority of the time
