The most important aspect will be the stupidity of town due to availability of wills. They will refrain from claiming their roles and will decide to use wills instead. The amount of logic and scumhunting required in this setup will be immense. One can use coded wills so that town can know the will is not forged. For example a signature and a mention of timestamp, something that the mafia can't come up with. Or a hangman code during the day and code solved in the will.
