Giga's Player Rating Thread

The following is an opinion based thread on the skill levels of other players from me. This thread is no indicator of actual skill. There is no bias or anything other than skill in mafia games incorporated into these ratings. I will only move people up or down by a maximum of 1 level (e.g. Up to B+ from B) per game, because we all have good games and bad games. This thread was inspired by https://epicmafia.com/topic/67296 (credit where credit is due).

Post to be rated. There are six possible ratings, or tiers: A, B, C, D, E, and X. A+ is the highest, D- is the lowest. E means you probably aren't experienced enough to get a good rating but you show at least a bit of potential. X means I don't know or remember you well enough in games to give a good rating of you. If there are two or more people on the same rating level in Tiers A through D, I will rank them in order from who I believe is the best on that level to who I believe is the worst on that level.

Disclaimer: I will not rate myself, nor will I post justifications unless asked. Only the player themselves may ask for their own justification.

You're a decent player, but you often get misunderstood by other players, and that is very important imo. You also sometimes act impulsively according to your immediate reads rather than trying to walk yourself through them and find further meaning in them. However, you do have results, and you sometimes nail all the mafia efficiently and fairly quickly. Your scumgame is also very good and underrated in my opinion. It's your towngame that at times needs some work imo. I feel like B behind datjester1212 is a fair rating for you.

Switched Levels to tiers, and the sub-tiers into levels since that is more appropriate

I fear I may have rated projectmatt incorrectly due to my lack of recent gameplay exposure with him, I had trouble deciding between B and B+
I am interested in your rationale.
You always have good logic and reasoning but sometimes you become too much like that and it makes you not only hard to read but hard to ever push against you if you're mafia, which culminates in a slight off-set but because you have the skill to do this along with results (albeit from 3+ years ago), I put you at B+, but behind Polo and NathanielArchibald because they're (imo) slightly easier to read and usually don't get called out as mafia as often

Again it's been a while since I played with you almost every day

I'd ask for justification but that's honestly higher than I'd place myself. Aside from a few games where I played well, my game has honestly been in the low C range recently.
