It was blacklisted because it was comped every time someone won a trophy. Then bronto had a very bad experience with that setup and he went on a crusade to ban it. He got support from 2 mods in mod team and he counted it as 5 because he counted himself worth 3. So they banned it.

PAYOUTS ARE LITERALLY THE WORST ARGUMENT EVER. CUT IT OUT

It wasn't blacklisted due to being popular. It was blacklisted because of it's payout. You're also fairly bad if you believe that I get through rounds by playing with friends.

It is fair, because to win on this setup as town you need to be good. If you win as mafia you do not get as much points. You get the points you deserve. You are bad so you do not want good players to do good on this setup. You are afraid that your competition will do good. You do not always flip town. If you do flip town, it is not easy to get those 70 points. And it has been banned for a long time. Only reason was over playing of this setup. No harm in having it once in 3 rounds or once in 6 rounds. Only the people who are afraid and play with friends to get through competition fear their competition. It is not just about the competition. It is also about the fun we have on this setup.

A&D has disgusting payouts and makes it a nightmare for it to be in the round if you're intending to run on anything else. Average setup winrate is not relevant to setup winrate with particular players in the table. If you manage to scrape together a consistent record on that setup then you blow your competition out of the water. Which just isn't fair.

This was a large issue for a long period of time and it was finally fixed by disallowing setups with over a certain point skew - and you have to admit, this setup, as a setup, is not balanced.
