yeah i didn't believe that sidekick had cheated solely based on the fact that i didn't think she'd even have enough time to do so and also about how she incessantly kept pleading that she didn't know about the alts. the flex case on the other hand was pretty tough to call.

Sidekick 2.0 was pretty much identical to Sidekick 1.0, down to the almost identical defences.
Reminds me of someone else who somehow got off, recently.

the hardest thing for me to believe is that so many people actually care enough to invest the hours it takes to cheat your way to a trophy
i'm always starting from the position of "alright there's just no way these people actually set out to spend 40some hours to do this"

Cory cheating is the case in point of why only mods with balls should do cheating cases.
The fact most people are so unlikely to believe someone is cheating is why most people make such bad cheating investigators, yet insist on defending people in the threads without reading the games anyway. That always annoyed me.
"X cheated, here's proof in games Y, Z, A, B, C, D, E, F... etc" "no X is my friend they'd never cheat SHUT UP TERRIBLE MODS OMG".

i take the stab view on cheaters and for me to be convinced someone's cheating it has to be incredibly incredibly over the top obvious
and kerry/petri was exactly that, petri was such a reliable player in the sense that you knew exactly how he was going to play every single game and the second that balance got thrown off it stuck out like a sore thumb
i was so mad when kerry didn't get in trouble for cheating with petri because it was the one and only time i was ever sure someone was cheating just because of the way they were playing and it didn't matter because we were living in laexio's house of pain
