Please pray for my dog...she has an enlarged liver and we don't think she has more than four months.
She is the love of my life. I've had her since she was 3 months old and we grew up together. She's my best friend and I dont know what I'm going to do without her. This really breaks my heart, guys. She's so loving and she lights up a room. Seeing her in so much pain crushes me. Hopefully once we give her pain meds they'll make her feel better.
Please say a prayer for her. Hopefully she gets better or at least doesn't have to suffer.

I'm sorry shamzy. This is painful as hell and she's still alive...I cant imagine how its going to feel when she's gone. Dogs are so much more than just pets. They become your family. I have to say losing my dogs would probably be just as painful as losing my parents, as cliche as that sounds.

Thank you guys...i appreciate all the support. i was weary that id get hate for this thread but im glad i made it because im quite distraught with personal crap and all the comments are helping me a lot. I'll keep this updated on how she's doing.
Godmother, that makes me feel a lot better that your dog is okay. It gives me hope that its something we can fix. Just keeping my fingers crossed.
Thank you for all the prayers. She's a tough little dog, she beat three abnormally large bladder stones with one day to live and she can sure as hell beat this.
I was 10 at the time .. (yes I never had a pet for 7 years now) and my Mum told me "He went to a better place". At the time I thought she meant something like a carnival with my Dad and that he'll be back later but .. she hid this from me for 3 years and told me on my thirteenth birthday. My Mum trolled me <_<
I'm really sorry to hear this :/ one thing I will say is that dogs are amazing animals and can pick up on human emotions, like you said. If you don't give up on hope, neither will she. She can make this
I recently went through the same thing with my own dog. I thought she was going to die. I'm so sorry your dog is in pain, I wish I could help in some way. If it makes you feel any better, my dog is okay. She still has problems with her liver, but we got special medicated food for her and she's alright. I really hope your dog gets better too.

Yeah, that's the bad thing about being born. If you (in)directly can cause a war then atleast you'll be able to grieve for them all at once.

The sad thing about owning a pet is the fact that eventually, their time will come and all of that attachment will only make things harder when it's time. Gorgeous dog, hope she gets through it.
It's breaking my heart guys she can always tell when I'm upset and she will NOT leave my side until she knows I feel better. She's so loyal and she really doesn't deserve to be in so much pain. She's so so so precious :(

She's doing a lot better, guys. I think resting helps her a lot. We're getting a urine and blood test back tomorrow so lets hope its something we can treat!
I'll keep her in my mind and prayers. I love dogs and it pains me to see one in pain, let alone be given a time limit on their life. :( Hope for the best!!!
