That way when we are in a game, No one will know who is a new player and who is a veteran player.
Anon setups are not as played as the normal open setups, and this has to change.
Another good idea is to make a round only made from Anon setups.

Well my friend, Playing with friends is pretty much cheating. If you want to play with friends, play unranked games!

mmm no . . . Names will be revealed after the game. Its actually more easy to spot 2 cheaters, if in 2 different games where no one knows each other - they know each other.
And Mods finnaly will read the games, when giving violations.

Petition for comping more anon setups, and basically helping new players join the community rather than be hated.
The problem with this plan is that the experienced players will not be able to intimidate the noobs into doing whatever they say.
Also they won't be able to show how much better their pie is then everyone elses'.
If noobs do not want to be hated on..They should just not be noobs.
I know you have good intentions, but this site can not be improved. Noobs need to sheep the experienced players PERIOD.
They can start using their own brains whenever they get enough points not to be considered a noob. until then shut up and do whatever the experienced player says regardless of their role.
Anon setups in EM are FLAWED because they give a list of players in pre game.
This makes it optimal for everyone to say who they are. Some anon setups also just ask for trolling.
What SHOULD have been anon is all the way from pre game. That way when people see they're yoshi they can troll all they want in pre game and then get serious later on because the surprise has died down or whatever. But most importantly, you could say you were a new player and no one would be able to say otherwise, and you could even claim to be anyone not in the game, which in turn will make claiming a lot more pointless and overall make it a lot more "anon". Names would be revealed only on the "review" page (you could also have it post game if you wanted).
No one should be forced to play anon, but lucid should have coded it right at least. The current anon is completely pointless

This comment is irrelevant to the topic. He is clearly trolling and not discussing. People have the right to chose what they do, not something to be forced down their throats.

If you dont know who is the player without avatar, then you wont complain about him, and n1 him and lynch him and what not.

As long as names are revealed to everyone at the end of them game, (so people could know who won etc,) I think it makes since for the names to be anonymous during ranked games.
