He is the only person grinding through all those reports. He has done so many, he is sure to make some bad calls, and people are cherry picking.

I've been feeling uncomfortable about the pereking topic for a while and I feel it is time to voice my onion on it. He is going through SO many reports every day, and is for the most part, doing a good job. To bring up something Rutab talked about, he feels that pereking is going through so many reports and thinks the mod team is his. Hehas turned areogant, and it is not his fault. Subconsciously he knew that on a 10 person mod team, which he had back then, with 4 people not carrying their load. There were 6 people who were doing reports, melody, katie, gennefarr, jericho, tashie, and pereking. With only 60% of the mod team doing enough reports, somebody had to step up, and that person was pereking. Pereking is doing so many reports every day, helping out the site, and we, the userbase, think he is a territerrible mod because we cherry pick the reports that he does. We should be thanking him, not antagonizing him.

That being said, we should not need a pereking. On a 10 person mod team, everybody should carry their weight. Therefore, we must have efficient mods, or pereking becomes more arrogant, and will continue to do too many reports. Give the guy a break, will ya?
