I've been told on multiple occasions that a person's behavior is taken into account when someone is modded. You are the direct contradiction to this. You are insanely childish and immature. On this alone, you are a bad mod. You may have made the right decisions on reports (or may not, I don't care to read any mod's reports or whether they've done a consistently good job), but that is only half the job. How you present yourself is apparently, again as I've been told, a huge factor.
