Yeah sure that's fine and all but modding is a team job not a solo one. You need a have a team that can at least trust each other with fundamentals like whether or not the mods in the team cheat for it to not collapse.

If he refuses to admit it and there are logs out in the open, that's his own problem.
my opinion on modding is that you should be able to sense when you don't deserve to be doing it anymore, whether it be because of bad PR, not having enough time, or simply not being satisfied with the level to which you work at.
If you're leaving because of a disagreement with other mods / admins, that's a bit different. I think most things can be worked out if both sides are reasonable and can try to compromise. It seems on EM though that disagreements lead to mega threads where people try to soil the others' reps as if to say 'i told you so'
Maybe I'm too lenient, but at least that's how I felt about things. Soon as I knew I was slipping I wanted out.
Yeah, the relationship part is unnecessary and people should not care less about that part. The only concern that some may voice is not even the fact that Jericho cheated a year+ ago, but that he lied about not doing it. Mods need to have a certain level of trust between each other imo.
