Ucklar has been a solid (if sometimes lazy) mod for a long time but I think that unless Jasper wanted him as a co-admin, he could be retired along with the rest. Jen and Tashie could stay by virtue of being quite new and doing lots of reports, and Jackhammer could come back. Alongside Germatron, that gives you a core of people who can do reports already without any of them being around long enough to try to instruct people in ways that Jasper doesn't agree with.
Then he signs up 5 brand new mods on top, and you have a huge improvement on now which is likely to only get better.
the best parts about rutab was that he was fiercely passionate, never had a problem with having a presence on the forums, and he was respectable even if he's a little naive

Well I mostly agree with that but the issue is there are a few stragglers on the team who have long since fallen behind and aren't really motivated. To be fair there aren't as many reports as there have been in the past, but I'd like to see more of a public presence from some of the mods.
