Sometimes an admin's job is to do things behind the scenes and not take credit for it. I know this from military leadership training. You NEVER out the superior who told you to do a duty. You just do it. I guarantee Vancy is doing things that you do not know about. Sometimes good leaders do not have be in the lime light.
