Interest in a Jotto Tourney?

PapaJackyover 11 years ago

Just a quick topic to see how many people are interested in a 1v1 Jotto tourney. Format undecided and prizes undecided but the ultimate idea is to determine the best Jotto player on EM.

the plan is to start doing signups after christmas so in all likelyhood it'll start before the 11th, may not end before it though, will have to depend on how many sign up and the format that is chosen

but word unscramblers can only be used once you've got all 5 letters, and even then you might get ht eletters wrong lol
You can use world scramblers realistically after you've confirmed 4 letters. This is because at that point, the pool of viable fifth letters should be small, thus allowing you to feasibly brute force through the remaining lot in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of word scramblers in general, it would be impossible to regulate them.

As a Games Lobby Mod, I fully endorse this idea of a Tourney

Tfw people actually use word unscramblers. You should start the word cap at like 4 and slowly increase for difficulty eh?
