I propose that all players are allowed to have 1 suicide removed from the game statistics!
Given Another Life (GAL), as its name states, gives the player the ability to remove one suicide, and one suicide only, similar to be given another chance. This action may be granted to players who have met the following criteria :
1) ONE SUICIDE ONLY MUST BE MET
2) May only be granted ONCE per account (excluding alts).
3) Game of suicide must be present to for confirmation of non-GRS.
Defense: I had voted, and unvoted, and had did not realized the timer was almost up (thoughts on timer can be found in my petition!).
## Improving Pings and Timers! ##
We all know one of the main reasons for suicide's is the Ping System, and timers. Timers need to be extended, long enough for players to come back from getting their ice cream. Some players may have been sitting in the lobby for a long time, so decide to leave and tab out. The Ping System needs to alert unactive players in a better manner.
Now how do we do this? We can extend the length of the timer, per 5/10 minutes the game has been set up. The Ping system will alert players, or only idle players, every 1/4th of the timer being up.
I am in favor of removing the pings completely, GRS 1st should be a 48 hour ban. Also the wording of the GRS rule should be much more vague so it can be used in any situation.
Also ISP negligence should be added to the rules just to be safe.
Meaks, anyone here who plays enough games is bound to get some small % of their games as suicides because of glitches and such.
Since you only have 1 suicide, I assure you that anyone looking at your profile will know that you are very careful about not suiciding, and that the one suicide you do have is just a result of really crappy luck or game glitches. Anyone who is not very careful about not suiciding will have a higher % of suiciding than you.
