trophying isn't all luck. if you're a good player you'll eventually win a trophy. some people average 66% wins over 10,000 points, you should be able to average that over 2000 if you're any good

small samples are prone to greater random variance and the average winrate of any trophy winner is usually above even what an elite player averages

Crytpos guide summed it up pretty well. Its not enough to just say "player x is mafia" and sit on it. You have to be persuasive because you can't expect everyone to see what you see. Yeah it might be the guy who mishammereds fault, but blaming them won't change your loss

do you get players like mimichu, who hammered me as clear into fourth place? yes. but they're few and far between. if you refuse to accept your inability to get your FOSes lynched as your own fault, there's a reason why you would consistently lose those games.

I don't think it's your fault, it's not your loss, it's the rest of the town's loss for being easily deceived.
