Yeah, it's a shame. Phil's a great guy and it's a shame he's not around more to fix things. The site could be a lot better and things would be smoother for everyone if he was around more to intervene.

That's a difficult part really, getting him involved and online.
lucid is difficult to get on the line so any solutions revolving around his direct intervention is likely not going to happen. It would be great to have checks to prevent game refunds via hidden link though.
Resetting the round may be the right thing to do, but it'd also off a lot of people. I think the mods will make the correct decision.

Quite. Usually they aren't even suggested because they require Lucid. But as you can't unpause the round until Lucid fixes that box so that the Person Behind This (and the many other people who now know about this exploit) can't just do it again, it might as well be asked.
Rollbacks undo everything that's happened in the past day or two. Only Lucid can do them, and they don't always work. None of those refunds would have happened, though.
how would rolling it back work out though? i don't see how we can fairly do it for so many games, especially when ones from so long ago were refunded and some people have >10

Actually, it's probably only a year ago, but still. Whenever Abc was hidden linking to change people's usernames.

Games can't be unrefunded. But seeing as Abc has finally worked out an exploit I first reported to Lucid approximately one and a half years ago, you basically can't run a single competition until a Confirmation Box is added to refunds. And as you have to get Lucid involved to fix that, you might as well just roll it back a day instead of resetting.

Silly moderators... Just refund the refunds. Doesn't take a genius at all. Nope. If you're not sure how many refunds to refund for each player, just refund the same amount of refunds and if the round stats change from what they were, refund the refunds of the refunds accordingly.
