No but the win percentage is higher for scum (edit: not killer) and the payouts in manhunt are still above the standard 60 for every alignment with solo scum wins happening more frequently.

The point payouts are not appropriate in Manhunt. It just gives too much compared to other setups. They are however appropriate in SK vs Mafia since solo scum/killer wins happen very infrequently (both 25% or under).
I don't see any way to restrict a 3+ alignment setup being comped from point payout alone though, so you got me
