a farm is any setup that can be exploited to give all or most players points. i.e. anything with mason and ww, no matter how many players there are. these are not allowed in main lobby, but can be played anywhere else. feel free to farm (whether for points or stickers) all you want in any custom lobbies, your wins will still count towards stickers there

also you have to give/be given a sticker with tokens, they aren't free

The win rate doesn't really matter that much in ranked, only in competitive games, unless it is really really unbalanced (as in 90% win or something). What does matter is that the game must last more than 5 minutes, so you'd be advised to try setups with more than 4 players
