Togepi Shacky is typically vile to everyone at first but then he either starts to like you or understand that you do indeed suck. He's good people. no that's what i thought at first but he's always been very mean to me even when i'm nice to him. most people who find some reason to dislike me come around some time or another but shacky is basically the lone exception on this site.
