step 1- open reports tab

step 2- skim through all reports to find all those that have no timestamps

step 3- put all of them in progress

step 4- close all the reports in progress, asking reporter to refile

step 5- find reports that have timestamps

step 6- check if two reports filed against same player or by same player

step 7- mark all those reports as duplicates. doesnt matter which game is reported.

step 8- find reports filed against friends

step 9- close them by giving explanations that make zero sense

step 10- find reports filed by friends

step 11- give vios saying "mod discretion"

step 12- check other reports

step 13- find reports that are plussed by many people- give vio and close

step 14- find reports negged by many people- close them

step 15- if person reported is a noavi- give vio and ban user

step 16- if report is not plussed or negged, and does not satisfy any of above criteria, read comments. give worst possible explanation and toss a coin to give judgement.

step 17- if coin stands on its side, leave report open for other moderators.
