I don't really like Apple anything but my mom gave new this for my class so I need to get with the program. I just hard reset my MacBook air and I'm installing a program. Is mountain lion our snow leopard good for this mac? I'm installing maverick but it's taking like a day and a half and I see people complained about it. Is there any other program I can install? And is my connection the only thing that can speed up my current installation?

Laexio, although its an idea that would solve all problems, my mom would kill me. She has like 5000 dollars worth of apple product and she loves being surrounded by it. Sea I think ill do that. Im guessing this hard reset and reinstall shouldn't be taking half as long as this?

Sounds like you need a desktop.

I asked Apple already and they are standing behind their program because of false pride. Apple stinks sometimes
