This is so dumb i dont wanna waste 20 minutes on unranked games with noobs who make too big of setups

I'm all for the changes that prevent some troll from spamming setups with his 40 alts.
However, I wish there was a way to allow legitimate users to make alts without needing to go through the 4 unranked games and 1500pt requirement in order to join competitions for each new alt.
Comp lobby provided the ability to enter a 0pt alt into competition.
Being someone who deletes alts and remakes fresh alts each round, I miss that ability the most.
admin, is there any way to have the best of both worlds??
Lucid implemented some changes to prevent the games-spam we had lately, one of it is that you can't host games until you played at least a few unranked games. The unranked games only count when they are at least 5 minutes. Otherwise someone could just sui within some seconds a few times and spam new games anyways.

It's a good idea, and it can be brought up as many times, but we can do nothing to get it implemented, so unless/until it is, it is not unreasonable to not like the new change of having to fill 5 minute games in unranked, even if it's for the better good and it's not something we disagree with.
what i said has nothing to do with people that have linked alts being able to play ranked. i think the 4 game requirement should be dropped if you have a linked alt that can play ranked games.
carolinee you know that banned users have been making those 2 blue 1 cult setups on fresh accounts so they can basically bypass the requirement, and amost immediately start ruining ranked games because it's so easy to farm it?
