Vancouver does two things the best. Seafood and weather :)
the fusion really works since both japan and south america focus on seafood

best i had was at blue water cafe, their seafood is SO good. one of the best in vancouver. we had a seafood tower and i got a scallop roll <3_<3
the best I ever had was at this place called sushi samba
it was like a japanese south american fusion restaurant that had amazing food and views:
