Mine is Red as I do not have "brighter text" enabled because it is ugly how the question boxes turn gray :^)

I am not happy with some of these aethetic changes, but I am happy admin removed img borders from profiles.

It would be cool if users could customize "accent" colours (ie: the red table headings, the gray text boxes, link colours, maybe even add custom CSS, etc)

I think it turns red if you have a profile background.

I've noticed that all users with a custom background have red text, so that's why you have it

I think Jupiter is right after stalking a couple of players with gold trophies (all have red text).

Yeah it's probably due to the bright text since supposly if you have a black background you won't be able to see a black username. Hence the red color I guess.

i have red too, but brighter text is not enabled. maybe something to do with having profile background?
