Like seriously people. 100 points?!!! If I'm willing to make a neg-account, I wouldn't mind playing 4 games so I will win 2 -get more than 100 points.
But this might could be a problem for some sandbox players who don't want to play any ranked games.

How about... your account has to have been made at least a week ago? It means sandboxers (or other people who don't play ranked) can vote, as can people who don't play mafia. It'll mean trolls will have to wait *at least* a week, which is always fun.

You can't obtain karma unless you've played 10 ranked* games first.
