People aren't always honest about their gender, so the rule of thumb is to refer to them as whatever's on their profile if you're unsure. Seems like common sense to me.
i want to be reffered to as a girl because that's who i am. not because i have it on my profile.

nillager worked hard on that, it's really good. i do think there should be an option to turn it off, though.
