Doubt about PR

Hi all ,

I'm novice on playing mafia here.

I was playing a game yesterday, and the setup was showing a doctor between us, but at the end of the game, he was in fact a oracle. I was mafia in this game, and the other mafia tould me we couldn't know which PR we were playing against, but I can't understand why.

When can I be sure that the role presented in the setup is exactly that role and when I can't?

Thank you everybody. Indeed, I didn't have noticed the small arrows. I'm fully aware of them now :)

I wrote a new strat for Fancy Pants (they all got deleted in the abc hype) but it's bugged out.

If you visit the setup page ( https://epicmafia.com/setup/563269 ), on the right-hand side under "Standard Setup", there should be enough info there for you.

Fancy Pants (aka Multi setup) will have an up and down arrow next to the set up on the left side of it (not the upvote arrows, but the tiny arrows riiiiiiiiiiiight next to it.) Those little arrows let you see all the possible set up outcomes.
Classic won't have the tiny arrows, so you'll know for sure you're playing classic mafia where pr is doctor.
