welp, i changed my main to my alt "soy" on this acc but when i tried to log in it told me my comp was registered to "seoul" and to try again in 1hr. so i changed my main back to "seoul" on my phone. tried logging in again and this time it told me it was registered to "soy".... sigh, odd bc my account is whitelisted. even if it wasnt, im confused as to why switching mains would be an issue. anyways could you please resolve this issue for me? thank you :)

if he can't log into his old account tell him to make sure he isn't using a vpn & also to clear his cookies / cache that should fix any problem he's having
