Correct. Riot was forum suspended for his third harassment vio. The suspension is what led him to actually file the adsense report, and this report (https://epicmafia.com/report/99808) is what ultimately led to his ban.

To clarify, I don't know the status of the AdSense appeal, although from my understanding, Google may not even choose to look at the appeal. However, Lucid is searching for a different ad service (to my knowledge) and the cleanup is so that we can procure another ad service to keep the site alive. If I hear anything about this I'll be sure to let you guys know.

Riot was banned by Arcbell for filing the Google AdSense report against the site. He didn't get banned for harassing Howl, I think he only got a violation for that.
