I think that there should be something to indicate that a set up is new to grab peoples attention and help the game get popular which is hard for new games so there should be something like Bold writing where the heart is suppose to go all who agree please sign the petition.

This is a good idea, the problem is people could abuse the feature and spam bad setups. =/ I try to cycle what's stickied on the sidebar every couple of days so you get easy access to some different ones.
